B Series Pumps

TSURUMI B-series submersible pumps are used primarily in municipal water supply stations and sewage treatment plants for pumping water, sewage, and digested sludge.  In industry, these pumps are efficient for controlling cooling water, process and waste water, and abrasive or corrosive media.

TSURUMI PU-series is a multi-purpose pump with a vortex impeller.  Use of advanced materials achieves a light and solid construction.  automatic version is available in all sizes.

Corrosion Resistant Pump

CL2 Series Pumps

The CL pump has been developed exclusively for pumping and discharging corrosive liquids. applying austenitic steel in all wetted parts, the CL pump is a highly specialist pump in terms of design and materials. Its Silicon Carbide double-faced mechanical seals operate within an oil bath completely removed from the pumped liquid to eliminate direct contact with any abrasive materials.

SQ-Y Series Pumps

  • All parts in contact with the pumped liquid are Stainless Steel (#304).

KTZ Pump

Increased Water Pressure Resistance - a newly developed mechanical seal endures water pressure of up to 142 psi. This allows our KTZ series to be used at greater depth, such as in deep wells, to say nothing of use at general construction sites.

Rugged - By offering a cast iron pump body, our durability is increased over standard aluminum body pumps. Within each motor size, there is a choice between high head and high volume performance ranges.

LH Pump

Cylindrical Channel - the cylindrical drive channel maintains the motor cooling efficiency adequately even during operation at low water levels. With a top discharge, centered on the unit, the pump can be installed in narrow places.

Center-flange Construction - Enables the pump to be lifted up/down without disconnecting it from piping and stably installed true to the center of gravity.

KTV Pump

Lightweight - To lower the overall weight, pump materials have been changed in part to die-cast aluminum and specially treated synthetic rubber. An ergonomically designed handle facilitates relocation of the pump at construction sites.

Rugged - Specially prepared synthetic rubber parts including the casing, wear plate and duct sleeve protect the die-cast aluminum motor housing.

A pump immune to calcium carbonate deposits or scale.
Torque flow impeller reduces the chance of clogging.

LH-W Pump

  • The discharge pipe and the head cover can be separated for greater convenience in pipe replacement and pump maintenance.

GSZ-4 Pumps

Equipped with a 4-pole motor, these pumps display their true virtues where a massive amount of water must be drained with in a very short period of time.

Forced Motor Cooling - a part of pumped fluid flows in between the outer cover and the motor housing before discharge and thus cool the motor. This allows the pump to operate continuously even, if it is exposed to the air.

Cable Sealing - Waterproof power cords prevent water infiltration; cable ends sealed with epoxy resin or molded rubber, and lead wires partially stripped off for perfect resin sealing - triple protection for the motor against water penetration.

Motor Protection - Safety device protects the motor windings from overheating caused by motor or pump malfunction.

Motor - Dry-type E, B, or F insulation class motor has high torque and load with enough power to drive the cutting impeller powerfully and efficiently.

Leak Sensor - A leak sensor is available as an option.

Mechanical Seal - a double mechanical shaft seal of heat and corrosion resistant silicon carbide faces fully protecting the motor from water infiltration.

Impeller & Suction Cover - Sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge is brazed on the impeller vanes and the suction cover is serrated, for instant shredding of solids for quick sewage discharge; no clogging in the pump, discharge pipes and valves.
